Hallson Construction LLP is the data controller for personal information you give us. Registered office: Nuthurst Yard, 16b Reigate Road, Hookwood, Horley, England, RH6 0HJ.

What we collect and why

When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, contact details and what you write. We use this only to answer your enquiry, arrange any sale and keep the business records the law requires. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, and our legal obligations.

This website

This website sets no cookies and has no tracking or analytics. It is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may log basic technical data such as IP addresses for security.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Messages reach us through our email provider (Microsoft) and WhatsApp (Meta, via our messaging provider Twilio). We share information with our accountants or as the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are kept for up to 24 months. Sales records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing inbox@hallsonconstruction.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
